To the masters of the community, I humbly ask for any insights into how to reach 1 million achievements/trophies. The idea seems far beyond my comprehension. That's the equivalent of 1 achievement per second for a period of 11.5 days.

My suggestion would be to grab a game with a large number of achievements that is also a high point value game. In a month you could probably easily bang out a million points in something like:

  • Zaccaria Pinball (if you get all of the DLC)

  • Logistical

  • World of Warcraft

  • Final Fantasy XIV

  • Guild Wars 2


    • There are a bunch of achievements in these games that probably require little effort and time, so would be worth looking into!

    Thanks for the advice! I wish there was a way to submit my ESO achievements, but I don't think they have a public listing for it.

    But also, I am talking not 1 million points though, I am talking 1 million achievements.

    Yup, this would have worked (before they were flagged as spam and made worthless!). I'd recommend taking a look here to see the list of games sorted by number of achievements (ignore the 100 point games as they're spam and wouldn't count).

    A million seems like a hell of a lot, but definitely achievable! Is this something you're actually working towards?

    Am I working towards 1million? Not sure yet. I need to continue to assess the goal. I also have a personal gamer ethic where I won't do spam achievements - probably because it would feel like it cheapened the more hardcore ones I did over the years.


    That list is also very interesting. I am going to take a look for sure.
