I assume you are refering to this and maybe this too. This is also Skyrim which is suddenly 100%'ed after nine years absence. While odd, and SAM definitely a possibility, it ultimately comes down to the games in question and as I don't know them I can't tell if there is some weird but accepted way (such as loading save files) to get something like this. They have reasonable playtime in these games (maybe except Fallout Vegas with just 10 hours) and no bans on AStats/SteamHunters/Exophase. |

| I don't know if the games have such an import function so can't say. But if it is downloaded save files, that is others' save files, then it counts as cheating (pretty much impossible to prove though). |
